F-16 Avionics and Support Equipment Custodian
With deployment to Qatar 1990-91 for Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Was responsible for aircraft maintenance support equipment and tools, inspection and inventory, planning and palletizing for loading on cargo aircraft. Established a tool/equipment room for round the clock operations at deployed location.
After the close of Desert Storm, returned to Torrejon AB in time to draw down the 401 TFW and turn over to the Spanish Air Force. Was part of the select crew to launch the last of the F-16s to leave Spain in spring of 1992. Then accepted assignment to Nellis AFB, Nevada
