BDE NETOPS NCOIC
Integrated mission information applications with information systems and communications and computer operations of the war-fighting information network. Supports the aggregating, correlating, publishing, accessing, and delivering of information via a variety of means. Provides integrated/web-based capabilities for awareness, access, delivery, and management of information across the full spectrum of operations. Supports US Army Pacific (UASRPAC) in development and enforcement of organizational policy and procedures for enabling Cyber Security (CS). Documents, evaluates, and validates procedures and processes for cross-functional IT programs in conjunction with USARPAC policy, and participates in all aspects and stages of Battalion level project management.

Responsibility for managing, implementing and providing the operation and integration of all IT enterprise and Network Operations (NETOPS) systems in support of a Garrison and it's tenant activities. Responsible for management, development, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive Information Technology (IT) program encompassing automation, telecommunications, Dial Central Offices, NETOPS, Installation campus Area Network (ICAN), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Tier II Desktop Support for the Community. Responsible for attendance at routine and regular classified Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) video teleconferences (VTCs), meetings, or working groups, which require access to TS/SCI materials, equipment, programs, facilities, or systems.
