1995 September. Interpreted for Belarussian military visit to Utah National Guard. 1995 October. Interpreted for multiple Belarussian visits to Military Posts across the US. 1987. Special Assignment: US Department of State. Temporary Diplomatic Courier assigned to ride ‘shotgun’ in trucks carrying building supplies to reconstruct the top two floors of the US Embassy which had been heavily bugged by the Soviets. 1988 to 1989. INF Treaty implementation. Translator/Interpreter. Deputy Inspection Site Commander. 01/1991-04/1991. Gulf War. Deputy Commander Document Exploitation Team. 2001- 2003. Operation Enduring Freedom. Stationed in Uzbekistan. Injured and medically evacuated to Fort Cambell for medical treatment until Medically Retired.

Translator/Interpreter for Soviet Delegations during multiple inspections of the Tooele (Utah) Chemical Agent Disposal Facility under auspices of the Agreement on Destruction and Non-production of Chemical Weapons. 1986 3 wks. Berlin Classified Translation Mission.1995-1996 Partnership for Peace. The Utah National Guard partnered with Belarus. Special Belarusian language course. 1995 July. Interpreted for Utah National Guard visit to Belarus.
