Erinn Izykowski is a Program Specialist within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Assault and Harassment Prevention Office with more than a decade dedicated to sexual assault and harassment prevention. She has extensive experience in both military and civilian communities where she led training and education efforts within school, judicial, and law enforcement systems; developed community practices with healthcare, crisis centers, and law enforcement; and established policies for program implementation. Erinn served as the Policy Analyst for the Department of the Navy Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment and Suicide Prevention & Response Office; and led the Plans, Policies, and Oversight team for Headquarters Marine Corps SAPR office. She authored several policies, such as the SAPR Marine Corps Order and Integrated Prevention Action Council Secretary of the Navy Instruction. She served as the SAPR Functional Area Manager for the Marine Corps Inspector General team. Erinn was named DoD Exceptional Sexual Assault Response Coordinator of the Year (2015).
