Since 2012 I have served as the Assistant Director, Training & Education Directorate, FEMA Center for Domestic Preparedness, overseeing a national first responder training program. Previously I served 22 years in active military service and 5 years as an Army Civilian Emergency Manager. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Emergency Management from Jacksonville State University.
