Was an Army Brat who graduated from Kaiserslautern American High School in 1970, joined the Puerto Rican Air National Guard from 1971 - 1973, and my Father, US Army Recruiter, recruited me to join the US Army in September of 1973 - September 1976. Served with 385th Signal Company (SPT), Ft Gordon, GA. Started working for the Dept of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Columbia SC, in November 1976 and transferred in 1983 to the Miami VA Medical Center. Finally retired after serving a total of 45 years at the Dept of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
