Served as the Section Leader for the Mobile Patrol Course, and the Chief Instructor of the entire 2D MARDIV for the HMMWV Egress Assistance Trainer Course.

Served as An Infantry Squad Leader for a work-up and eventual deployment to Iraq. While in Iraq as a Corporal, served as the Senior Marine on a Combat Outpost consisting of my Squad and 100 Iraqi Army Soldiers. Upon returning stateside, I was assigned as the Training NCO for 3/2 Kilo during the work-up for the 22nd MEU. Half way through the work-up, I was assigned as a Squad Leader/Assistant Platoon Sergeant to a platoon that needed leadership. I transferred to the Division Training Center prior to the 22d MEU deployment.

Served as Security Platoon Rifleman on up to Squad Leader for the Security Forces Reactionary Team at NSA Bahrain. While there we deployed to Cyprus to lead the evacuation of American Citizens form Beirut, Lebanon on the "Orient Queen" during their conflict with Israel in July 2006.
