Budget Officer (US Army Civilian)
Principle staff officer for matters concerning financial operations, plans, organization, and maintenance programs for DOL Hawaii. Supervised administrative processing, and account management for an $15-$25 million program annually to support the maintenance readiness of 18 unique military organizations. • Managed requisition and distribution of funds from Army Services Command to contractors and ensured Contractors met US Army guidelines, deadlines, and financial constraints. Monitored processing accuracy and quality control of funding. • Coordinated daily with 18 military/civilian liaisons and 3 funding agencies to ensure processing efficacy and proactive planning necessary for uninterrupted funding streams to support Army Maintenance Missions.

Wounded Warrior Training Officer (US Army Civilian)
Managed a flagship training program for Wounded Warriors and cadre including planning, conduct, coordination, and transfers of personnel in a 250 person organization supporting reeducation, integration, or transition of Wounded Soldiers. • Designed a training program that was the recognized best program in Hawaii. • Advised senior leadership on all matters relating to training efficacy, process improvements, accountability, and actions. • Coordinated daily with 14 military liaisons, 12 health professionals, and 3 other Wounded Warrior programs to ensure training efficacy. • Coordinated required recurring training and inventive programs to ensure successful Wounded Warrior reintegration into the Army or a successful civilian transition.

Chief CFC CJ35 planner for Civil Military Operations and Stability Operations (CMO/SO) for the US-Korean Military Force. Led the transformation of CMO/SO by partnering with Korean military personnel, staff and local leaders to ensure that the Combined Forces Command (CFC)/United Nations Command had a successful and vibrant CMO/SO program.
