Started my career with Kilo Co 3rd Battalion 1st Marines after Recruit training and SOI. Deployed with 13th MEU from August 2000 to February 2001 during which time we participated in Humanitarian Operations in East Timor, and Operation Determined Response when the USS Cole was bombed. After 9/11 I deployed 3 more times with both conventional and MEU(SOC) units to Iraq and Afghanistan.
