- Served as the Installation and Garrison Commander for Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri providing all services, programs and security to ensure outstanding quality of life for over 10,000 employees, 20,000 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines, 12,000 family members, and over 250,000 visitors annually. - Led a work force of 2,500, managed an annual operating budget of over 250 million dollars, and a Military Comprehensive Construction Program totaling more than 2 billion dollars. - Ensured that Fort Leonard Wood facilities and assets were maintained at a high state of readiness to respond seamlessly to the training-support and rapid-deployment needs of the organizations.
