Communications Officer (S6)
As Acting Communications Officer, I performed the following duties:
*Maintained the operational capabilities of the Unit`s computers, phone system, and website.
*Responsible Officer for the Y06 (IT/Comm) Supply Account exceeding $3 million in assets
*Reconstructed the Battalion website to streamline the Reservist mobilization process.
*Assigned as Director of Information Technology for the Unit Cohesion Training Project, I helped to develop training for Reservists to deal with post war issues such as complex stress and PTSD.

Communications Chief (S6)
*Maintain database and floor plans detailing location and identification of assets.
*Ensure computers meet security and software requirements.
*Hardware/software troubleshooting/installation.
*Database and website construction
*End user tier 1 & tier 2 support
*Assure required computer/telephone assets were on hand and functional for Reserve Units conducting training.
*Development of the Reserve Training Opportunities interactive CD that was distributed to all Reserve Units across the U.S.

ADP Chief
*Upkeep and maintain 55 Computers, 21 Printers, and other electronic equipment. Upkeep/Maintenance consisted of routine cleaning of equipment, weekly inventory and spot checks.
*Order new and replacement equipment while working within a budget.
*Hardware installation.
*Act as the point of contact and response team for all computer and communications problems.
*Constructed Turn-over Binder/SOPs for ADP Chief.
*Recreated the MCSFCo intranet web site.
*Created the MCSFCo Restricted intranet web site to optimize the use of command resources and increase automation of daily tasks.

Duties:
*Maintain Secret Clearance and eligibility to participate in the PRP Program.
*Provide physical security for the strategic weapons facility.
