Bio
I graduated from West Point in 1993, completed Ranger School, and deployed to Iraq twice. I received my MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School and taught at West Point and UT Austin. After 20 years in the US Army, I co-founded RideScout, a clean energy technology company that optimized commute times. I am currently the Democratic nominee for Congress in Texas' 21st Congressional District.
