Bio

I currently command the 341st Military Intelligence Battalion as a part-time traditional Soldier. I own and operate my own law firm as part of my fulltime job. In that job I represent members of the Guard/Reserve who have been discriminated against in the workplace due to their military status. The law that I litigate much of these cases under is USERRA.
