Having been a Chief for 7 years now I have definitely been grateful to have served with as many talented service members as I have. I have served aboard 4 ships, been a "C" school instructor, deployed to Baghdad, Iraq, and am currently an RDC at RTC Great Lakes. Leadership is something I work on everyday and feel that if we can't improve ourselves how can we hope to improve those around us.
