Responsible for emplacement of an improvised barrier system immediately after the 9-11 attacks on the US. Enacted an armed security force within the confines of the barrier providing physical security on a single Government facility within the civilian community. Conducted vulnerability assessments and maintained C2 infrastructure upon implementing protective procedures and of main facility and six subordinate facilities during 9-11 attacks on the United States. Conducted cost estimate analysis for the procurement of barrier protection to replace the improvised barriers. Lead to the purchase of planter-barriers and Impasse arrestor perimeter fencing. Developed and MOAs and MOUs with local civil authorities and military supporting angencies. Managed site collateral classified storage.
