Ensure all Aircrew Flight Equipment meets airworthiness as directed by Air Force Instructions, Technical Instructions, and Manufacturers Specifications. This includes inspecting, trouble shooting, repairing/replacing, assembling and disassembling all aircrew flight equipment. Equipment includes: Specialized Flying Helmet and Oxygen Masks with sophisticated Helmet-Mounted devices which require diagnostic evaluations, calibration and inspection, Laser Eye Protection systems, Night Vision Goggles and Night Vision Mono-Scopes, Survival Kits and components to include pyrotechnic, infrared, visual and aural signaling devices. Survival electronic devices, Personal floatation devices and rafts, Anti-G Suits, and Anti-Exposure Clothing. Perform equipment specific and survival training for aircrews.
