Platoon Leader

101st Pathfinder Company, 101st Aviation Group, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) | Fort Campbell, KY

This was absolutely the best job in the air assault force! Started as the 1st platoon leader in support of 1st Brigade (otherwise known as the 327 Infantry Regiment.) Finished up the job as a guy who took a platoon and turned it into a detachment. Increased to 54 slots for airborne pathfinders.

Started as a rifle platoon leader. Ended about 8 months later when I applied to the Pathfinder company for a slot over there. Time with C Company was both entertaining and stressful.
