I spent 4 years in the Marine Corps working as an Avionics Tech on the AV8B II plus Harriers. In my shop (avionics) I worked my way from the bottom as a boot mechanic to eventually receiving my CDI (collateral duty inspector) qualification. I did one tour in Afghanistan providing close air support for OEF from March 2008 till November 2008. I was honorably discharged Sept. 2011.
