I currently have a degree in English Education (Grades 7-12) with a minor in writing, Magna Cum Laude from New York State. I also have a NY State teaching certification.
I recently taught English for a year in Thailand and will shortly leave for Saudi Arabia for a two year contract. I am looking to further my professional teaching career in a variety of ways.
After separating honorably in May 2008, I attended college from August 2008 until May 2012.
I attempted to win a Fulbright fellowship for the 2012 and 2013 award years, but was unsuccessful. My proposed research was to study the nuances of a new K-12 education system in the Philippines.
