I am about to hit my 2 year mark and I plan on staying for another 18. My plan at the moment is to make SSgt and get my CCAF completed so that I can try to commission either as a Staff or a Tech. If it works out the way I plan, I will have Staff on in about 2.5 years, finish my CCAF in 3 and send in my package for commission soon after. I hope to make at least Major by time I retire.
