Served as Senior Maintenance Advisor to the Group Commanding Officer on all maintenance and mobility issues pertaining to Special Operations Forces and Service Common equipment. Provided and implemented the organizations maintenance policy, procedures, and logistics that affect the readiness of a fleet consisting of 3,652 wheeled vehicles, 12,100 weapons, and 24,244 pieces of electronic equipment with an annual budget of $4M. Managed the assignment and oversight of 30 maintenance officers.
