o Planned, coordinated, and monitored the global deployment of seven Special Forces Groups comprised of over 10,000 elite soldiers; sustained a high operational tempo while growing new units to meet increasing demand. o Leveraged the assets of other Department of Defense organizations to fund and provide subject matter expertise to the command’s next-generation, advanced special operations training courses.

o Executed training for Special Forces at both JRTC and the National Training Center (NTC) at Fort Irwin, California, improving the overall readiness of forces deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. o Conducted analysis team visits to Iraq and Afghanistan, edited team observations on special operations and conventional force integration, and published findings through the Center for Army Lessons Learned.
