Team Leader
I was directly in charge of six soldiers. I managed their appointments, training, personal issues, equipment, ect. I was also the dismounted NCOIC for all personnel conducting dismounted operations. I lead and directed various teams in dismounted operations using various techniques to navigate terrain undetected and using camouflage. We helped with anti armor support and enemy observation. We also worked with dismounted patrols, traffic security, and riot control.

We were in charge of enemy reconnaissance and dismounted security. We were a platoon made up of heavy, light, and dismounted scouts. We used any means of observation from listening posts, to drones, and direct observation. We drew maps and and ventured into enemy controlled territory. We discovered various routes and what vehicles if any could go down certain routes. We also determined bridge strength ensure if armored vehicles and tanks could cross over.
