Operations Sergeant Major
Served as the Brigade Operations Sergeant Major for the Army's only Military Police Brigade which supports the XVIII Airborne Corps worldwide contingency missions with three geographically dispersed Military Police Battalions consisting of over 2,300 Soldiers; coordinates, plans, and manages operations, training, and tasks to provide maneuver mobility support, area security, law and order, police intelligence, and internment and resettlement capabilities to the XVIII Airborne Corps, regardless of mission or environment; supervises and mentors thirty Soldiers; advises the Operations Officer on contingency operations, training, and combat operations.

• Successfully was able to coordinate and manage three battalions on three different installations

Managed the Battalion Tactical Operations Center while directly leading 35 Soldiers. Prepared to deploy for overseas operations while conducting daily Law and Order Operations at Fort Bragg. Led the Battalion Tactical Operation Center during combat, counterinsurgency and stability operations. Provided Military Police guidance to four Military Police Companies and one Battalion HQs comprised of over 500 Soldiers.

• Mentored personnel during the course of over 550 combat patrols, 40 operations and 85 enemy Significant Activities in the TASK FORCE battle space

Initiated effective management and leadership techniques while supervising 375 civilian and military personnel in the largest and busiest Police Station in the United States Army. Managed all individual training and professional development working at the Fort Bragg Police Station. Managed the day-to- day operations of the Fort Bragg Police Station. Oversaw the scheduling and execution of numerous equipment testing and fielding projects that greatly contributed to mission success. Provided direction to subordinate section supervisors on Fort Bragg Police Station goals. Assisted in Fort Bragg Police Station budget and command supply discipline. Worked directly with garrison command, Fort Bragg housing and Juvenile Rehabilitation Board.

Served as the senior enlisted advisor for a 290 person Headquarters Company deployed to Iraq for 18 months. Responsible for the training, morale, welfare and discipline for all assigned personnel. Provided oversight in the maintenance and accountability of assigned property valued in excess of $43 million.

ISF Section NCOIC for the Salah ah Din Province. Was responsible for training and equipping over 10800 Iraqi Police. Initiated over five million in construction projects in the Salah ah Din Province for the Iraqi Police force.
