Manages a team of 20 personnel specially trained to instruct Field Sampling, Detection, Identification, Decontamination, Mitigation/Remediation of Hazards associated with Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Materials, Hazardous Material Technician Level Operational Response, EPA Emergency Response Team Protocols, and Confined Space Awareness Level Training for all United States Military and Civilian Emergency First Responders. • Organized and facilitated over 3,000 hours of advanced instruction in CBRN hazard response and mitigation with multiple culminating validation exercises for over 5,000 students per year.  • Led the rewriting of 47 Programs of Instruction (POI) in order to update the course to incorporate current friendly and enemy Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) for actions in a contaminated and/or hazardous environment.  • Supervised and led 8 Soldiers and Civilians to remediate World War II vintage training aids containing 96 vials of 11 different Chemical Warfare Agents (CWA) found within the installation cantonment area.
