• Provided guidance and executed plans of improvement for cost containment and process efficiencies by supporting key decision makers with gainful understanding of operational processes and information. This drove accountability for rapid and accurate deployment of field equipment.
• Trained eight enlisted soldiers and five non-commissioned officers in daily aspects of satisfying company goals and essential tasks in a three year tenure.
• Received two Army commendation medals and one Army achievement medal for demonstrated ability to step up to the next level in rank.
