I was born in Columbus GA in 1968 & raised in Phenix City, AL. I am the youngest of 4 boys and 1 girl. I graduated from Central High School and earn my bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration of Entrepreneurship from American Military University. I am happily married to Janice L. Gibson Carr for twenty years. I have 3 biological boys and 2 stepdaughters. I retired from the military with over 28 years of service. My hobbies are traveling, camping, and spending family time.
