Bio
Major Fulkerson was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. He enlisted into the Kentucky National Guard in August 2006, completed Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training as an 88M in August through December 2006. He was assigned to the 149th BSB in Bowling Green, KY and entered the SMP and ROTC. He commissioned in the Transportation Corps in May of 2009.
