Retired Colonel. I spent most of my career in the IRR but kept getting mobilized for various deployments. I mobilized enough times thanks to the GWOT that not only did I get my retirement from the reserves, but also got a 7 year drop in collecting it (53 versus 60). I can't complain about that.
