Sailed the ship to Naval Station San Diego for Refresher Training Then went to CG station Long Beach for flight deck certification. Did humanitarian work in Costa Rico and Panama. Sailed through the Panama Canal to Portsmouth, Va our Home-port After a couple of weeks went to CG Shipyard Baltimore, MD for retro fitting of the ship.
