As a tech writer, I interpret manufacturer's technical specs, schematics, pictures and drawings and apply them for use by end users. Knowledgeable in all aircraft systems, to include avionics and special equipment. Strong background in aviation maintenance, both military and commercial (A&P mech) as well as aircraft operations and support, particularly while independently/remotely deployed. FAA Licensed commercial Airframe and Power Plant mechanic. Three year break in Active Duty service, worked as a commercial aircraft mechanic as a contractor for United Airlines and Federal Express aircraft and also as an overhaul mechanic for a Part 141 facility (AIRINC, Foley, AL).
