I am just an ordinary guy who had more than his share of screwups. I used to live in Portland Oregon (35 years there... omg) but now live in my childhood home in Southampton NY. My wife died in Portland in 2019 (avoiding all the covid hysteria). I'll probably be buried in Calverton.

Reserve unit activated and deployed in medical support of Desert Shield/Desert Storm. A few of us were detached and sent to Bremerhaven, most of us were deployed to Landstuhl. Our unit's performance of duty during this deployment was so excellent we (the 45th Station Hospital) earned a unit commendation, and most earned AAM or ARCOM
