Possesses expertise with global communications planning, information systems operations/customer support, human resource administration and budget resource allocation. As the IT Regional Support manager Mr. Espinoza’s key responsibility and focus is ensuring timely, reliable and accurate Tier 2 IT customer support solutions to Business Area Operations. Information Systems Officer for the 4th Infantry Division Chief of Staff/G6 and as a senior level team member on a 25 person Department of the Army Inspector General Inspection team. Duties include providing advice, guidance and mentorship for the teams voice, video and data requirements with the Network Enterprise Center and providing general telecommunications support to operations in Afghanistan supporting 2500 personnel.  Coordinated, organized, scheduled and supervised all data, video and voice communication requirements for a 48 person Security Force Assistance (SFA) Team in preparation for deployment to Afghanistan in order to facilitate preparation and planning for the SFA Team members' international mission requirements.

Regional Telecommunications Director
• Regional Telecommunications Director for NATO Communications and Information Services Agency comprised of 300 civilian and military personnel from 14 NATO nations with senior management responsibility for 85 international civilians and United States military personnel. Provided network enterprise management and customer support throughout Belgium, England, France, Iceland, Luxembourg and Norway. Served as the first project manager for NATO’s Afghanistan Command and Control computer network architecture conference attended by NATO/J6/G6 members, international representatives, and international civilian corporations, responsible for designing the multinational computer network architecture, a $132M project. Selected as the Senior U.S. Army Representative for all U.S. military personnel.
