Execute duties as Senior Operations Officer for the United States Army Manpower Analysis Agency. Responsible for the planning, synchronization and execution of the agency's daily functions to support the manpower requirements determination mission of the agency in support of the Army, Joint and DoD organizations as needed. Senior point of contact for communication and coordination with the Manpower and Reserves Affairs (M&RA) staff. As needed, serve as a manpower study lead to provide senior leaders with the analytical underpinning to support organizational changes and or improve their operational effectiveness. Serve as the agency's Director, as needed.
