My responsibilities included maintaining and securing communications on a mobile and combat ready schedule. Training was an optimum part of success for our DASC Unit. As Communications Maintenance NCO, the responsibility to train, educate and implement Marines, while handling upper echelon directives for both secure and non-secure communications, fell on this position. I held a Top Secret Clearance, in my position. I was educated and skilled in Cryptographic Security for all communications equipment.
