Served 20 years in the US Army retiring as a 1SG out of 3/6 Cavalry, 6th Cavalry Brigade at Fort Hood, Texas on 1 July 1995. Enlisted in the Texas State Guard on 13 November 2013 and was promoted to Command Sergeant Major on 14 March 2014. I currently serve as the Command Sergeant Major for the Texas State Guard and Senior Enlisted Leader for Major General Bodisch.
