Retired after serving for 34 years. I am retiring and I found out I had combat Ptsd. I went to Emory in Atlanta. No cost My passion is to educate, mentor, and empower those that have served.Every generation in my family has served, and unknowingly I didn't realize that I had Intergenerational PTSD.

A dedicated and committed advocate with 7 years of hospital and combat stress experience credited with providing compassionate support to soldiers, veterans, and their families to promote resiliency and positive mental health. Drawing on 31 years of military experience and extensive education, successfully treats post-traumatic stress disorder utilizing current methodologies to promote adaptive functioning and improve mental health including Military Resiliency, relationship and skills training, and genogram development.
