I have held every position in the motor pool from just an average Joe turning wrenches to holding a BDE Motor Sergeant slot for 7 months in a TDA unit. I pride myself in being a NCO who truly cares for my Soldiers (has earned me the title Motor Mama) and for not taking crap from those who think just because I am a female that 1) I don't know my job and 2) I can't handle my own.
