HUMINT Liaison
HUMINT Liaison between DIA and U.K. Ministry of Defence (MoD) Intelligence Service. Facilitated information exchange between multiple U.S. government agencies and U.K. MoD. Wrote, reviewed, and released intelligence reports for dissemination to the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC). Produced 3,200+ reports in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM; reports received over 460 evaluations, of which 11 were of major significance and 205 of high value to consumers; 245 were cited in finished products. Provided collection management support, identified intelligence requirements and tasks to collectors. Served as a foreign diplomatic officer as a component of the U.S. Embassy London.
