Recent Activity  -

I've done a little of everything since I got out of the Marines in 2002. I started as a government contractor. Tried my hand in retail management and sales. Worked as a dispatcher, and am currently working for a great little company less minutes commute from my house. Most of my career has been about "moving parts," and systems within an organization. Making things work better.

Military Experiences

Apr 1999 - Oct 2002
Intelligence Systems Instructor
The MAGTF Staff Training Program (MSTP) focuses on training unit commanders and their staff on operations in joint (multi-service) and combined warfare units. As the Intelligence Systems Instructor, I taught Intelligence related systems & programs to students at the Marine Corps University, and members other organizations.
May 1995 - Apr 1999
Intelligence Analyst
This duty station is probably the hardest to describe because my duties varied the most from day to day, and I grew the most in the shortest amount of time. I started as the Junior Analyst and eventually became the Senior. I worked with our Snipers, which are the BN level Recon asset. I deployed twice with the 11th & 15th MEUs completing two WestPacs, and essentially seeing a sizable portion of the world (most of it is like San Diego with Foreigners). I was the Honor Grad for our BN NCO Course on ship, learning from some of the best leaders I have ever met. I was groomed for success both in the Marines, and out.
Mar 1995 - May 1995

Junior Intelligence Specialist. Arrived here and started learning the ropes as I waited for my permanent unit to get back to the states. Great experience, even though I was only here for about two months.
