Facility Compliance Inspector
I am currently the Subject Matter Expert in Maritime Facility Regulatory Compliance in the Maritime Transportation Security Act, the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, and the Ports and Waterways Safety Act at my current unit. My main focus to to ensure that my inspectors are trained properly in the application of enforcement of US Regulations, and educating our customer base when there are issues with the compliance of those same regulations.

Facility Inspector and Pollution Investigator duties, qualified Explosive Handling Supervisor Team Leader. Valdez is the only ice free port in Alaska year round, supervised the safe shipment of explosives for DOD units in the interior of the state.
