Deputy Executive Director of the Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) TVC advocates for Texas Veterans by providing them assistance in filing Claims for Disability, Employment, Education, Mental Health, navigating the VA Healthcare system, Veterans Entrepreneur Program, Woman Veterans Program and grants to organizations through the Fund for Veterans Assistance
Mr. Montemayor started with the Texas Veterans Commission in October 1999 and has held various positions including Veterans Counselor, Information and Training Coordinator, Director of Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer and currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director and also serves as the Agency’s lead Mediator for internal and external dispute resolution.
