•Production Manager overseeing the procurement, shipment and reconstruction of 15 F5 Tiger aircraft from the government of Switzerland. •Performed exhaustive research and benchmarking to increase the capability of the F5 Tiger aircraft through the integration of a glass cockpit and a commercial off the shelf technology (COTS) internal navigation system (INS). •Created a production plan to see that the U.S. Navy’s inventory of F5 aircraft could undergo a drive through modification and ensure student training was not sacrificed. This scheduling required the coordination of multiple high level commands, technical experts, civilian maintenance manufacturers, and planners. The F5 drive in modification was accomplished four and half months ahead of schedule and $1.2 million dollars under budget
