Over 47 total years of technical and management experience in DOD information systems development and integration. Technical experience includes planning, designing, and engineering, testing, integrating, installing, and maintaining numerous C2 and C4ISR systems from the component to system-level—sixteen years of active duty U.S. Army Field Artillery an SME in fire direction and instructor. Twenty-seven years with Northrop Grumman performing in software test engineering, software engineering, system engineering, technical writing, and cybersecurity engineering. I was directly involved in the early Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) process and implementing the American Society of Test Standards (ASTM). Provided test control and software support for ballistic modeling testing of cannon and missile software.
