Successfully gained higher headquarters approval to implement unique business rules needed to effectively operate eight C-17s in Pacific theater.

Led multinational team focused with planning and directing logistics responsibilities for NATO’s Southern Region Air Component Exercises. Chaired numerous planning conferences that included 19 NATO, and 22 former Warsaw Pact (now Partnership for Peace PfP) nations. Efforts focused on integrating PfP nations into NATO operations and potential future membership, this effort also enabled seamless operations from a diverse array of forward bases in response to the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001.
