Bio
I saw a need to help soldiers improve their over all health and fitness. I launched Twin Cities Elite Fitness in 2017 to help educate clients on the total body fitness principle. In doing so, I have helped all branches of the US Military create tailored fitness and wellness plans for individuals and groups that may have been in jeopardy of being separated from the armed service.
