I come from a military family (Navy Dad and Brother) and I joined at age 17 (DEP) and went to RTC Orlando shortly after turning 18. I attained the rank of Chief and retired early in 1995. I was an AZ and as an AZ2 I cross-rated to MA. Once I retired I chose a closely related field (probation and Alternative Sentencing) ) since I had a young son at the time.
