As Chief Executive Officer of Hostile Control Tactics, (HCT), a company he formed in 1996, Kevin spearhead all aspects of business development, capture management and federal government contracting. HCT is the first Black American, veteran-owned Private Military Company to recruit, training and deploy civilian security manpower in support of DoD and State Department High Threat missions abroad.
