Bio

I am driving a truck now, you know I was blessed, so very blessed to serve my country while becoming and NCO, I was able to serve my state ,county and city. I have had a fantastic life. When I was 24 I had been out of school and married, I really wanted to be a Marine like my Dad, but I was able to get into the Guard. I was Faithful for a bit but became discouraged with life. I had a fantastic Commander who saved my career. I got right, remairied she supported my service, we had kids and was coming up on my 5 yr anniversary and I received a blow to my CVC with the main gun of an M1. I went to the police academy in 1997 began my law enforcement career, I was having an AWSOME time. On Dec. 4th 1999 I had a stroke. The Dr. stated it was from a blow to the head not a fresh one but on from 4 or 5 years back. I had an Aneurysm and it had clotted and plaque was breaking off and causing TIAs and yes a stroke. I was able to stay in one more year but I couldn't get an MRB so my commander cut me loose. I stayed out 4 years and got back in, I had no more incidents with my nuro issue. I deployed to the Siani and cam back and deployed again to Texas Border where I worked in the prosecutors office because of my LE back ground. I rolled off of that deployment onto the Iraq deployment in 08. I was at Ft. Polk and my father was having complications with a procedure he had, so I was given a deferment to the 09 Afganistan deployment, I stayed current on SPR and was ready to go, they were full. So I got bypassed for that. I'll continue at another date.
