Right now, I'm a professional magician performing for fairs, festivals, parties and corporate events.
Spent almost my entire childhood being bullied and made fun of. That's the reason I joined the Army at such a young age. With the help of my teachers, who understood my reasons for wanting to leave, I got my GED. I went to Ft. Benning for basic training in January of '87. I was broken down both mentally and physically and when the Drill Sergeants built me up, I learned I was better than those who picked on me made me out to be. My self esteem grew and I developed a quick wit. When I went home on leave and went to see those who supported me, I was immediately picked on as if I never left. This time it didn't bother me, as I was able to shut them down. I now use this newly found quick thinking ability as a comedy magician.
